HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The shipping time consists of two sections:

We use a high security checkout procedure on our site to protect both the customer and BASABOO. This extends our processing time to 5 days as we fully verify our customers and fulfil their orders.

Following this your package will arrive between 15-30 business days depending on your geographic location and availability of stock

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

 *Note: On purchase, the customer must accept that these delivery times are estimates only, based on the average data from 20,000+ Orders. Some orders may be faster or slower depending on the location of recipient and the fulfilment centre used

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

BASABOO works very closely with top global merchants from all over the world to source and curate the unique products on the market at the best prices for you. We travel the world and meet trusted suppliers to put together a collection of fun and trending product, this way, you don’t have to drive around to retail shops, search thousands of different websites to price compare and get ideas…think of us as a one-stop shop destination for the most popular products. Because of this, your order can be shipped anywhere from EU, China, United State, Indonesia, Vietnam etc. via our partnership with EMS, USPS and DHL.

ORDER & TRACKING

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and your purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 7 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing and shipping and this normally takes 5-10 business days. When this is completed, your will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and it won’t affect your expected delivery date. But if you have a question about your Order Status you can track your order Here.

DELIVERY TIME

All orders are processed including QA process, testing and packing within 5-10 business days of the order being placed.

We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by your post service.

Multiple Items

When ordering multiple items at once our system usually splits these into individual packages. Therefore, please note that your order may arrive in separate packages and may also arrive at different times.

Will I pay customs?

Yes. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your cancellation policy?

You have 7 hours of the same day to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.

What is the return policy?

If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #” along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.

The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.

We do not refund shipping cost. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer

Important Notes

1.Certain items are prohibited by some shipping carriers, e.g. batteries and e-liquids. If your order contains these items for the shipping carrier you selected, we will re-route your order via another carrier to ensure it arrives safely. This may require additional shipping time.
2.All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
3.Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
4. It can take a few days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system. If the information has not appeared on the courier’s website, please try again later.
5.BASABOO ships all packages from our warehouse and distribution center.
